Landscape Management Program
After 15 years in the landscaping business we have observed the trends in landscaping, but always return to our core of providing an affordable, quality landscape maintenance service to our customers.
The goal of our LMP is to bundle the services most requested by our customers into a simple, no hassle program. We will perform the services from March thru December automatically with no need for the customer to call and schedule a service, and then wait a week or two for it to be done.
Understanding what each customer expects at the beginning of the season, will allow for a higher quality job with less hassle for the customer. It also allows us to schedule our crews more efficiently.
The customers enrolled in the LMP will take a priority to customers who chose to request services on an A` la carte basis. Whether it is a small residential home, a corporate office, a townhouse community or a multi-acre estate, LMP can be customized to your needs.
In addition to our LMP we also can improve or enhance just about anything in your landscape; we install plant material, sod or seed, retaining walls, patios, correct drainage issues and more. Any special request or additional projects not included in the LMP will be invoiced separately from the LMP. You can save 5% off your yearly total by paying your LMP account in full, by September 1st. You may change or discontinue any or all of your services at any time with a 30 day written notice.

Services Provided Under LMP
Spring Clean Up
Cleanup between March & April
(Remove leaves and sticks left from winter storms, also apply a Pre-Emergent weed control in your flowerbeds.)
Weekly Lawn Maintenance
28 weeks per season April to October
(Includes; cutting lawn, weed whacking, blowing debris from paved surfaces, as well as spraying weeds in the cracks of sidewalks and along curb line.)
Mulch Flowerbeds
After spring cleanup between May & June
(Includes; edging beds with a shovel, weeding and
applying mulch)
Fertilizer Program
5 applications recommended April to November
(Provides a thicker, greener lawn, helps control weeds and also includes a Grub Treatment in July before they can damage your lawn.)
Trim Bushes and weed flowerbeds
1 time between July and September
(Trim and shape bushes and hedges, trim overgrowth and weed flowerbeds.)
Fall Cleanup
Cleanup between November & December
(Rake and blow leaves and sticks off your property and haul them away, with our vacuum truck.)
